ProtectMyCircle provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes email and text messages to help identify potential scams. Our service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Our AI analysis may not catch every scam. A "safe" result is not a guarantee that a message is legitimate. Always trust your instincts and contact organizations directly using verified contact information.
We offer a free tier that allows 2 message checks per day with no account required. Our Family Plan ($7/month) provides unlimited checks for up to 5 members. Billing is monthly and you may cancel at any time.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Family Plan subscribers. To request a refund, email support@protectmycircle.com within 7 days of your first payment.
Messages you paste into our checker are sent to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) for analysis. They are not used to train any AI model. They may be retained by our AI provider for up to 7 days for safety and abuse-monitoring purposes, then automatically deleted. We do not maintain a separate copy of your message content on our own systems, and we do not sell or share message content with advertisers or data brokers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtectMyCircle and Garland A. Hurt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial losses resulting from scams not detected by our tool.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Tennessee.
